I won't lie, so far attending this school has been nothing but frustrations and tears. The teachers are NOT helpful whatsoever. I will ask a question and won't get a response till 3 days have gone by at the least, but when they do they tell me to just look in the notes or book. My current teacher however has been the worst I've experienced ever. She would "try" to contact my externship to get questions answered but proceeded to take over a week to respond and not answer the phone (this has happened... Read More

Ashworth College is great! I had been in and out of school working towards a Bachelors degree for almost 17 years! I first enrolled in Ashworth to obtain an Undergraduate Certificate. Once that was complete, I decided to go all the way and I enrolled for my Bachelors. They took all of my prior college credits which was amazing and left me with very few courses remaining. Plus, the price was just right! I finished within a little over two months and I could not be happier!

As an adult learner, I'm elated and proud that I completed this program! It catered to my needs as a busy parent, and I never had issues with this school. I graduated twice and referred my son, who graduated in Accounting. It helps us both with our career advancements! I also referred several of my friends and family!

I can never understand the negative feedback for Ashworth or the other cheaper online colleges. It is the very same curriculum and books! You just pay less and work more on your own, without having to get dressed and sit in some class and listen to some guy for two hours. I have taken many smaller courses at Ashworth and Pennfoster, which is now one and the same. There is a great deal to be learned if you wish to apply it. Just pay for your course, call if you need help, be polite and talk to the... Read More

I paid for Medical Billing and Coding, but when I logged in the classes were for Pharmacy Tech. I tried to call and email to get this corrected, but nobody ever answers the phone or email. Tried to do a chargeback, didn't work. THIEVES!!!! Now I'm out of the money that I paid and can't do anything about it. Just give my money back thieves!!

This school not only has terrible customer service and horrible response to students, but they also have VERY questionable grading practices. I got nothing out of this program. Please do not make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money. Go somewhere with academic integrity, and where the staff and instructors care about students.

CONSTANT issues with the student portal. You can't access your courses because there is constantly the following error message: Sorry. We could not auto-log you into your Lessons. Try again in a minute then contact Student Services. I file tickets daily and no resolution so far

The travel agent program is not worth the price, please beware and not make the same mistake as me. It was almost $1000 for really nothing, more of just a slide show and information you can find right online for free. They do have a simulation but I just don't think it's worth the money.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to get faculty to support the student. Condensending attitude and unwilling to problem solve or give guidance. Intructions for online courses are inadequate and you are sent to multiple websites to find course materials. Save your money and app.y to a school with integrity.

If I could they would get a zero from me. They do not answer emails in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. They have no tutors for bookeeping. When I made an appointment to speak to a tutor, the guy says he is a tutor but he isn't going to help me. I had to make one of their tickets that they never answer. Do not waste your time or money. They do not care. They cant even direct you to a link or video for you to look at.

My program was a bunch of PowerPoint and PDF files you are supposed to read through and take a test/submit an assignment at the end. This. IS NOT a standard interactive online program. You get what you pay for. Don’t expect to get a quality bookkeeper certificate for $700 when other schools are charging $8-$15,000 for a much similar program. Shop programs before wasting $1 on this garbage. I read through the first class slides, I never took one test or one assignment. I was only able to get less... Read More

I potentially recommend attending this College, if you are determined to study on your own independently. I graduated with honors after five years in Psychology, and attending this College was a wise decision. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Psychology at a regionally accepting university Ashworth College credits.

This school is the worst. They just want your money. The teacher and the online studies is super fake. Horrible customer service and are fast to put you in collection to get your money. If you can try to avoid this school never had a bad experience with a school. Bad decisions I ever made. Lesson learn. Make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

The online program for medical billing and coding it's not good and I would not recommend it to anybody. The courses are very vague and do not have much to do with the medical billing and coding. It's more geared to being just an office assistant or receptionist.

I am attending Ashoworth College and I have always been so happy with the customer service, with the quality of instruction and with the way it is affordable. I do not have words to say how happy I am for having chosen this College! I would recommend to people who dream about having a degree and do not have a lot of free time and also do not have a lot of money to pay expensive schools.

This is going to detail my experience and personal results relative to Ashworth College... Over the past 10 years, I enrolled in and attended several colleges (both online and in person). I received my associate's finally after about 7-8 years! The timing just was never right for me to finish honestly. I was just do glad to have earned an associate's back in 2020, but even so, I still felt the need to attain my bachelor's - coming from my families, college was just not really what they did in their... I have always considered myself a life learner. I currently hold both an Associate's and Bachelor's degree as well as an MBA. I enrolled at Ashworth under one of the career diploma programs to refamiliarize myself with the Security industry as my plan is to open my own agency in the near future. When I enrolled in the program, their website specifically stated that a textbook was included. Other courses specified an e-textbook for their curriculum. After beginning the course I reached out to Ashworth... Read More
