"If I could give this school 0 stars I would. I hated most minutes that I went to that school, the teacher I had would talk about other students and show their grades to other students. Justifying her actions as "women talk". I cried to my mother that I would have to go because I already paid in full. Honestly that school killed my love for the industry. I graduated and passed my boards in June of 2018. If you voice any complaints to the campus manager about the teacher they tell the teacher who voiced their concerns. The only positive of the school is the lovely Miss J and the strong women (And men) you go to school with. You go days without getting clients and only ended up doing a handful of services before I even left. Most of those on my own family. Not to mention the price and the time. Go to *****, my friends who went there loved it."

"I attended thie Vandalia campus in 2017 and graduated. The schooling was absolutely horrible. As I feel bad for Mr.C. who apparently no longer works there because he was very nice and did his best to make situations right. But we never had a real nail tech teacher, they were all cosmetologist/estheticians which DO NOT learn anything but the bare minimum. We had one teacher Who only showed YouTube videos which I could do at home for free. After graduating I have learned more than I ever have at the school. We didnt learn proper removal techniques for enhancements (we learned to soak and pop the nail off with another nail which is absolutely INCORRECT!!) We did not learn anything about builder gel. And our e file (which the teacher called a drill) was non existent. I encountered MMA as a walk in client had it, it took me 2 hours to remove and the teacher did not inform us of this nor did she know what it was. I didnt learn about it until after I graduated. I am still beyond disappointed with the amount of money I paid for this schooling. I wouldnt suggest this school to anyone unfortunately."

"I graduated in 2014, enrolled originally in 2010. I was unsure of what I really wanted, I re-enrolled in 2012. It was pretty simple to get back in, the instructors are fantastic, but there is a downside. I noticed there was a lot of favoritism, if the educators really liked you, they would make sure that you got exactly what you needed, for the rest of you, good luck. It's extremely over priced as well, my tuition was 22,000. Pretty outrageous considering most people start out in a chain salon where they pay you minimum wage. Everything is based on hours as well, so it's really up to you. Once you sign your contract that has your graduation date you better be there every day, you get an extra 2 weeks pass that date, if you don't meet that date, for me at least I had to pay another 10.00 per hour out of pocket. If you lose your financial aide, it's about 400.00 a month out of pocket until you earn your financial aide back. Don't waste your time, definitely do some hair school shopping around before you jump!!!"
