"The master's certification program at DePaul University prepared me completely for entering elementary teaching! As a second-career educator, the hands-on, practical application of learning was exactly what I needed to be prepared to teach. The lessons were relevant, and courses used high-quality resources written by experts in the fields. Compared to colleagues that graduated from other local universities, I was far more prepared for teaching."

"The program is rich in diversity however the college of education caters to teachers and not to those who would like careers in other areas of education."

"It's a strong university in my major. My major is Human-Computer interaction in college of Computing and Digital media. The professors are so professional and their lectures are of a high quality. The only cons is the lack of financial aids and scholarships which I really need to continue my studies."

"DePaul has outstanding faculty that make every effort to be available to us as a resource. It would be nice if classes were available over the summer session."

"DePaul's school counseling program is the only one in the state of Illinois that is TSCI affiliated. This will be a major plus when searching for a position after graduation."

"DePaul University is renowned for its academic rigor, diverse student body, and the surrounding neighborhood of posh Lincoln Park (Chicago). It's easy to see these aspects at DePaul. Saying that, it's safe to say that "you get what you pay for." This school is very expensive because you get the bells and whistles of all the aforementioned amenities. However, if able, scholarships and other financial aid is available, it's worth a shot to try to obtain to attend a high caliber school in the heart of Chicago!"
