"Pros: The faculty and staff do a great job of making themselves available. It is also evident that they are genuinely interested in adding value to each students educational experience as opposed to just working for a paycheck. Cons: The physical therapy program could use more business classes. The physical therapy profession is highly profitable. Many investors are looking for entrepreneurial-spirited physical therapists to open clinics. This will only increase as health care continues to grow. In order for Elon to be leaders in the physical therapy profession, they must realize this and understand that business classes are imperative for their prospective students."

"The pros of the program revolve around a great staff that supports and motivates the students while having the appropriate knowledge base to have the students excel in their goals of the future. The cons has to do mostly with the expense. It's fairly expensive and not much if any financial aide is offered. With this said, loans are most definitely necessary."

"Elon University's Physical Therapy Program is ahead of its time. The faculty here are student focused and really care about everyone's success. You feel a sense of community as soon as you walk through the doors. The health sciences building is brand new so everything is state of the art. There is no way to feel behind or left out in class because LCD TV's are located throughout lecture/lab rooms to assure everyone is seeing the information. It is hard to really say cons about the program itself. Of course we would like the work load to lighten up, but that's to prepare you for the reality of the career chosen. Elon is a small town, so there is not much to do around here but larger cities are not that far away. The student population doesn't seem to be too diverse, but that could be for a number of reasons."
