"My experience at Illinois College was absolutely amazing! I loved the small and intimate feel the campus gave (less than 1000 students total), it really made IC feel like another home. The campus staff are very friendly and welcoming, as are the students and faculty. The living situations and food options could be better, but it was part of the experience. Living on-campus is required, but permission to live off-campus can be acquired. Dorms are not the only living option, there are also senior apartments and campus houses. I never had a professor who made me feel unimportant. I was always encouraged to succeed. The current president of the college has to be noted. She is such an amazing individual, I'm sad that I was only able to experience one semester with her running the school. She is very friendly and nice, participates in campus events, and remembers the students names! If you want a personal experience and an environment built for success, this is your school."

"The small liberal arts college allowed me to really reach my goals and be able to participate the way I wanted to throughout my two stretches at the college. I feel that my education was top notch and the faculty and administration really cared about me as a student and a person."
