"Don't waste your time and money with the Respiratory program here. The instructors could care less whether you pass or fail. There isn't any homework, study guides, quizzes for a test. You are not allowed to access the lecture slides. Test questions are multiple choice and short answer. Questions are not directly from the book or lectures. You are not allowed to keep your tests to study. For lab the instructors only show you one time the equipment 2-3 weeks before you play with it on your own. By then you will have forgotten. They take a hands off approach where you figure it out and then they evaluate you on performance. Spontaneous tests will happen. We have a high failure rate and many are no longer in the program. Instructors just shrug and will not help you succeed. Several of us already have degrees and think our other programs were way easier and more fair."

"I was very happy with the Ivy Tech CIS program. I felt that it prepared me for the workforce and was a good deal for the cost. The General Studies program however, I felt was poorly managed and did not contain enough real life casework to prepare someone for a career. I also never received my physical copy of my degree, despite calling and speaking to several representatives. I was passed around from office to office, and still do not have the physical copy to this day."

"Ivy Tech Community College is a great college if you are looking to get your two year degree or just looking to start off college. The professors are very professional and very helpful. Most of my professors I am still in contact with today. Financial aid and admissions office is wonderful and a great help when you have questions. I love how the class sizes are not huge and online classes are wonderful with many helpful sources at your fingertips."
