"The traditional pre licensure BSN program was vigorous. And demanding at best. However I learned a lot and all my instructors starting my junior year were either advanced practice nurses or were working on their doctorate degree. I can truly said the instructors can be tough but fair. If the instructors truly see the student putting forth the effort they will assist the student in anyway. Now there were trying times but when it came to NCLEX I had 75 questions and was done in 45 minutes. Needless to say I passed the first time. My class was a student body of 28 and 27 students passed the first time of taking the Nex."

"I was very excited to attend, but was disappointed by some of the instructors and leadership. I feel I will be prepared to do well in my career, but the environment wasn't always the friendliest. If I could go back in time, I'd look for a different school."

"Jefferson College of Health Sciences PA program provides a nurturing environment for students to learn. This program is rigorous and stressful but the staff does their best to help you through it. Most of the professors are practicing PAs which is an added bonus because they can give you clinical stories from their own practice as teaching points. Dress code and attendance policy are strict but from what I gather it is like that all over the country."

"Pros: It is a very fine and quality graduate school education. Cons: I feel that the same quality of education could be found at a public school for a much lower cost."

"The faculty is responsive and accessible. The administrative support is very, very slow!"

"Jefferson College does an excellent job preparing students both academically and professionally for a broad range of careers in healthcare. Jefferson College is a private institution and therefore cost of attendance is higher than some surrounding programs. I believe however these costs are offset post graduation with job opportunities."
