"READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE. This school is a waste of time and money. The teachers have next to no experience in the field and don’t care about consistency or basic skills. There is no reason to go to a school for cooking if you don’t learn the proper techniques or how to be consistent. I came here because they were supposed to be one of the best in the country. I found out that they just changed their curriculum this year. If it was a good school 10 years ago, or even last year it’s not the same now. Get a job at a local restaurant and you will learn infinitely more than you can at this place they call a school"

"There isn't a day I do not regret attending college. While I wish I attended a community college for my general courses and to save money, I do not regret a day attending JWU Charlotte Campus. At this campus and university, I met people that changed my life for the better, provided life lessons, learned from spectacular professors, and now belong to a community that is strong, inspiring, and helpful."
