"Overall, I had a wonderful undergraduate experience at Kent State University at Stark. The faculty and staff were very helpful with all aspects of my learning and development - from enrolling and administrative to attending classes and gaining hands-on knowledge. While the financial aid department seemed as though the process could be streamlined in a way that benefits the student, the staff were still very helpful and ultimately got the job done. The facilities were state-of-the-art, and I never had any technical issues while on campus! I would highly recommend any prospective student attending Kent State @ Stark!"

"I went to this university and had issues from day one. After losing my paperwork multiple times (including copies of my social security card, drivers license, and tax information) the personnel I had originally been "helped" by denied ever handling my paperwork. This happened for all of the semesters (whether it was dropping a class, getting signed up to be a "note taker" for a disabled classmate, or getting my schedule print out) before I finally became fed up and transferred to another college. After leaving this institute, I received TWO notifications over the span of TWO YEARS that computers were stolen and my "sensitive information" could be misused. This led to requiring extra time and paperwork to flag my account for any suspicious activity, which also meant I had issues when I was required to travel out of state. I was not able to finish my degree at this institute for reasons stated above, but I still have loans to pay off from attending this institute because they miraculously didn't lose my information for THAT little tidbit. I would advise anyone attempting to attend this institute to keep copies and strict records of any transactions that occur. Video preferably since asking for an initial or signature to show you handed in documents is not taken well. Good luck to the rest of the student body attending!"
