"Midwestern University is definitely full of pros rather than cons. Midwestern University is a school full of caring teachers and faculty who are truly there to help students in anyway they can. This school is full of resources that are available in every shape and form imaginable. Security at Midwestern is great and provides a great sense of safety that allows students and faculty to feel at ease. The community around Midwestern University has everything that students will need from post office to a variety of eateries and shops."

"There is an open door policy at Midwestern University. Therefore, students like me always have access to faculty whenever we need someone to talk to or need help with our assignments. There is always some type of opportunity to be active within the community such as volunteering services and also on campus such as professional pharmacy fraternities and special guest speakers available for training graduate students to attend and expand their knowledge in their career field. The graduate program is a three year accelerated program which allows students to advance in their profession sooner than most other 4 year pharmacy programs. The only con is that because of the accelerated program, there is a lot of information to be covered in a short time frame. This requires students to be always on top of everything regarding assignments, self-study, exams, and other duties necessary."

"This campus is located in a beautiful portion in the metropolitan of sunny Phoenix, Arizona. The campus is small and the professors are dedicated to their students. Tuition is private school tuition so it is expensive but well worth the extra money to earn a degree in a field that you desire to work."

"The competitiveness of the program is definitely a pro due to the increase level of studying and trying to improve our skills in the workplace. A con I would have to say is something that the university has no control over and that is the weather. It is Arizona and the temperature sometimes is unbearable."

"The Midwestern M.A. program is composed of a faculty and staff who aren’t afraid to show that they care about their student’s education and future careers. The professors create a learning atmosphere that pushes students to develop effective study techniques, requires students to understanding the biology instead of memorizing details, and prepares students for medical schools. For me, this atmosphere gave meaning and purpose to my education, fostered questions, invited exploration, integrated the sciences, and required great effort. Without question, this has been the most valuable and meaningful educational opportunity I have yet experienced. And without reservation, I recommend this program to those perusing a career in healthcare."

"I am thrilled with this school! Not only am I close to fun attractions like spring training for baseball, downtown Phoenix and plenty of hiking, but this is a top notch school scholastically. New technology is incorporated into every classroom, plus a secure campus. Everyone I've met has been welcoming and gracious."

"Midwestern University is a completely helpful and friendly community. Their staff is always friendly and doing anything to find what is best for you. Whether it is in tutoring or in financial aid, they are looking out for your needs. I am in the Podiatry Program D.P.M., but this site does not have that option or an other option on the drop down."
