"While expensive, it teaches you how to learn, ask questions, explore, research, how to manage time, and how to work both in groups and independently. While it may not seem relevant at the time, college is worth it."

"The faculty are extraordinary and very resourceful. Additionally, the classes are challenging but very informative. The only con would be the program's bias towards doctorate students, leaving less opportunities to master's students."

"NCSU is striving to increase its performance for both its current and prospective students. It has a strong focus on garnering feedback from the student body, and has been adapting its program to the niche it is trying to fill. NCSU is hiring great talent from across the country, and I have enjoyed the challenging, while thought provoking, course work."

"Great for textile industry or academia. Good location with many apartments within walking distance. Coming from a larger city with much more active community made transition harder. Not bike-friendly at all, good grocery stores nearby but have to drive to."
