"My school has an inter professional curriculum in which pharmacy and medical students take courses and interact with each other. This aspect makes the school different and better prepares us for working with physicians in the future. We are able to practice clinical skills on fake patients in the Wasson Center which has been very beneficial to my learning. A con that I have come aware of is that some courses do not give us assignments in a timely fashion or they pile is up with work when we have other exams going on. I do, however, realize that this is part of the workload and overall I am very happy with the program I chose."

"NEOMED has a very safe campus with very knowledgeable faculty members. Affiliated with many hospitals and community pharmacies in the region. Tuition and fees are a little expensive."

"While I enjoy taking classes at this school, I find most of the integrated classes with pharmacy and medical students frustrating. Pharmacy is a newer program at this school and it feels like many professors favor the medical students over the pharmacy students. The classes are very challenging and provide little time for outside entertainment. The technology aspect is pretty well kept up and most professors are available for help when needed."

"The pro to the medicine programm at Northeast Ohio Medical University is the availability and helpfulness of the reasearch and teaching staff. It also provided a very comfortable and relaxing learning enviroment. The con to the medical shcool is that the course material does not exactly reflect the focus of USMLE. Also the competitive nature of the school seems to be lacking. This is both a good and bad thing. For some students the laid back envirment is positively correlated to their scores, but for other students who are are motivated by competition they may no reach their full potential. Overall, i would choose the same school over again."
