"Before I gave them money and became a student, The employees I talked to on the phone were so helpful and understanding of my situation. I thought I graduated online 10 years ago and it turned out my diploma was fake. Don't go to "BELFORD HIGH" anyway, it was a horrible feeling and Penn Forster representatives were extremely helpful. Now that I am a student, It's problem after problem. They wont take my transcript, So here i am paying for another copy to be sent. The last 2 people Ive talked to put me on hold for 20 min and 35 min.and had attitudes. My voice was getting a lil shaky because I was so frustrated and tearing up and the last lady laughed in the phone. I said thank you and hung up. I honestly think I was talking to the same woman both times even though she said I was on hold to be transferred. At least I hope it was the same lady in stead of having 2 people with the same mean attitude. I believe they could be a good school but I wish the people who took our calls treated us with more respect."
