"South Carolina State University has a great Biology department. I am a biology major and I have had mostly great professors that actually teach and explain information to me. An amazing advisor to help me along the way with making my schedule and helping me find better ways to study. I love our Biology department because my professors make time to teach us and make sure we understand the knowledge we need to for testing. Although it may be hard they work with you if you work with them."

"South Carolina State University is a great school in the heart of Orangeburg, South Carolina. The school prepared first year students with campus life and getting acquainted with other students and different ethnicities. The professors help the students and prepare the students for their career paths and enable them with real life situations. What I love most about South Carolina State University is the student life and how supportive they are of sports and showing school spirit. I especially love the band, the band brings life to the games and also to the campus. The college overall is a great college with a lot of opportunities after graduating with the career (job) help program available to students that is looking to start their career right after graduating and for those students looking to further their education they provide Master's program on campus and also have connections with other colleges if you choose to study else where."
