"There are only pros to a theory based program for someone like me who wants to work as a critic. The only con to any program is that it costs quite a lot of money and it is very difficult for me to work as a contractor to get some of the money, almost most of this semester way paid by my brother, next semester I will have to get loans."

"My graduate program is excellent because you get the Master's degree with only one additional year tacked on to the traditional four-year program."

"Pros: Great school, great program, great faculty. The classes are diverse and challenging. Cons: There is little to no financial assistance, the dining prices on campus are high, and the student accounts office is not that great.."

"The faculty in the program are all wonderful. They are extremely helpful and always there to answer any questions, and guide you through your program. Honestly I haven't found any cons to the program at this point."

"The English Literature MA program at The College of New Jersey is exceptional. The small classes and extraordinarily knowledgeable faculty provide an environment where students can achieve academic excellence. However, the faculty for graduate literature classes is limited, so the number of courses offered per term is also limited. On the other hand, the quantity is not what matters, it is the quality, and The College of New Jersey is a shining example of a good quality education."

"First of all, each category did not pertain to me; however, I do feel that the graduate program at TCNJ very much prepares you for your chosen career. The workload is rigorous and commands you to do your best. I do with the level of diversity was greater though. I thrive in an environment composed of different ethnicities and backgrounds. Although the surrounding neighborhoods seem a bit dangerous, campus police do their best to keep students and faculty/staff safe."

"The College of New Jersey's Counselor Education program was the only place to which I applied because it was the only school I wanted to attend. With CACREP accreditation and an expansive, strong network, TCNJ prepares its students in a more than adequate way. The faculty, students, and staff are all extremely motivated and dedicated to the counseling field, whether it be Clinical Mental Health, Marriage & Family, School, or Substance Abuse Counseling."

"The graduate program in which I'm enrolled is a global one. The biggest pro of the graduate program is it's being easily accessible while living overseas. I am able to take classes to complete my masters in the country I reside in, Taiwan, and in neighboring Thailand. When I finish the program, I will be equipped for teaching in my home country, the U.S.A. The biggest con of the graduate program would have to be the cost. Half of my monthly salary has to go to studying in the graduate program. I have been in the program since 2011 and don't expect to graduate until 2014 because the cost is so high. One class costs almost $1,800. On a teacher's salary, this can be a challenge."

"This program really makes me feel prepared to be a teacher. It offers a lot of experiences in front of a classroom and has all up-to-date texts and curriculum. The program is fairly new and could work out a few kinks, such as the teachers communicating better."
