"It was a pleasure attending this school. The Savannah campus was a great experience. The staff was very helpful during my time there. I developed great relationships with the staff and the students. The information that I learned was very helpful for the field that I went in. I would definitely recommend Virginia College to anyone that is willing to grow in there career field or a new one."

"I loved the teachers and my fellow classmates. It wasnt always great, but what is? They always addressed any complaints and made me feel good. At VC Columbus we have the best teachers ever. They are very attentive and go the extra mile. Im employed and they helped me along the way. What i was taught in class, is just what I needed to be successful. Yes, i had a couple teachers that acted up and a few classmates that had no manners, but overall I was happy with the school. I would go back in a heartbeat. I refer people all the time. This school is ideal for working parents, single parents, and those that are busy with work etc. I wish VC Columbus offered more programs. I also wish a few instructors that are no longer there will come back. The teachers that impacted the school most are: robinette. m.rush.j.pruner.f.Jackson.harrell.dr.archer.mctyre.love love love hatfield and Shamaya Smith is the best ever to do it. Class if 2017. I love my school"

"I wanted to make a career change and enrolled in the medical assistant program at Virginia College. I was impressed when told that instructors were dedicated to their students' success. By the end of the first week of classes, I realized I'd made a big mistake. I had the same instructor for two classes and his "lectures" were reading from the textbook. The first "test" was identical to the study sheet provided two days before the "test." My math instructor breezed through the material so fast that I could not keep up and when I expressed concern to her, she said "Read the textbook and you'll be fine." Are you serious? That's dedication to my success? That's teaching? I asked about the tutoring she said she offered on the first day of class. Her response was that she was available for one hour one day a week ---- but only if five students needed tutoring. Are you serious? That's dedication to my success? I withdrew immediately and was actually shocked that I received in full the money I'd paid before the start of classes."

"Please don't go to this school because it's full of disappointment. I started attending this school June 2014 and after a year of long hours at work and riding over 45 minutes to school - only to sit in class and listen to gossip, facebook news, and personal accounts - go over half a chapter of work, have various take home quizzes, midterms, and finals and still not taught even half the information required for the certification exam - I have walked out of their doors to never return. I am a certified Pharmacy Tech and thought that becoming a Medical Assisitant would open more doors for me but sadly that isn't the case. Students copied homework from each other all the time, cheated during tests, and barely knew anything about the anatomy of the body. Teachers were very brash and unprofessional - more concerned about what was on tv rather than teach us, forcing us to take surveys about the school when half the time it would take over half of the semester for everyone to recieve their textbooks...I could go on forever but it just makes me upset to think about it and even more so because people think I am just being lazy - but they will never understand unless they have been there. I don't reccomend this place to my worse enemy - it's all about money and enrollment rates - it's disgusting and a huge insult."

"Virginia college is very expensive they do not give you an itemized bill i took out 2 loans and filled for financial aid and i still owe them 400 dollars for 3 classes... You have to go by what they say... For every 1-2 hours of class you have to have 4 hours of homework for each class! so if you have a job or kids its going to be very difficult for you..."
