"This is the hardest military college in the nation. Be ready for a long and grueling challenge but the results will better you like no other school in the nation."

"A school with a great history behind it, such as General Marshall (first Army five-star general in the U.S. history). People come to this school for many reasons (i.e. Military after college, legacy. academics, etc.). It is academically a great school. Living as a cadet is highly structured not only during classes, but outside of classes as well. All the financial you receive are from alumni, who are working diligently to create future leaders. This school is definitely not for everybody and before you go there, I recommend thinking long and hard about whether going to VMI will be worthwhile to you or not. The outcome is all about how you want it."
