"This review is regarding the 2023 Graduatiin commencement. It was horribly planned from the venue given the volume of students to the receipt of diplomas. The venue was tight and not suitable for so many attendees having to climb wooden bleaches with huge gaps between the rows. Very dangerous and not nearly enough seating. It was extremely hot with not circulation. It would have been nice if someone would have flipped the air conditioning switch. You pay for a private school small campus education and environment and subject hardworking graduates and their loved ones to a subpar graduation experience. Lastly, who stands in a aisle and walks 5 feet to receive their hard earned diploma, especially when a two leveled stage sits directly behind the graduates with just a few people on it. We're they graduating? What graduate doesn't get to walk across an elevated stage. Whoever plan ed this failed miserably!!!"

"I have to say i attended this school when they had a campus in Clarksville Tn in the early 90's. I enjoyed going and graduated with no issues. In 2019 I decided to go back to get my Bachelors Degree and the first place I thought of was Miller Motte since I had a great experience the first time. Well that has to be the biggest mistake I have ever made. I am taking the online courses in order to get my degree. I can say I have never been so disappointed and frustrated in my entire life. First I was suppose to get an orientation and I was unable to attend due to cancer surgery on the day this was to occur. Then I was told that they would schedule a one on one for me and that never happened. Then when it came to financials I was suppose to have someone call me to go over them and the girl that called had no clue what she was doing and had serious attitude when you ask her questions. So I started my classes and never had anyone tell me how the classes work or what the process was to get to your classes and books. Here i am almost a year later and the experience continues to get worse. I work currently overseeing the technology for a medical clinic and I have to say the way the technology is setup for Miller Motte is horrible. In order to take once class you have to flip between 4 different screens and multiple programs in order to do the work. I am currently in online accounting and if I had 4 screens I still would not be able to open all the windows that I need in order to get the work completed. This class for example started on Monday and the orientation for the class did not start till Tuesday with the first assignment due on Wednesday. I can tell you with a schedule like that it is almost impossible for a person to go to online school here and work a full time job. Well then when it came down to getting access to the Quickbooks online it took me the first 3 weeks to get access which then meant I was 3 weeks behind on my assignments. Now i am currently in the 4 the week and get almost caught up on my assignments and yet another road block. Well so I contact my useless student advisor who i am suppose to contact if I have problems and to no surprise she knows nothing about the class I am having trouble with. So she proceeds to tell me I will contact your professor and have her call you and once again to no surprise I receive an email that says please schedule an appointment so that we can discuss the issue. Well guess what I dont have time to schedule an appointment I need it fixed now. So now I am going to be yet another few days behind. If someone would first teach the employees how to do their job and 2 would hire someone that knows how to design an online experience that is user friendly then Miller Motte might have a chance at this. And then there is that useless Chrome book that they send you and the hotspot which is a waste of money because it does not work with the online classes at all. This is just something they can mark up 100% in order to charge you more money. I have been enrolled here for almost a year and i have turned that useless thing on twice. If i had to warn anyone anything it would be if you are not someone that can manipulate and learn on your own with no support at all this would be the school for you. This is not the first instructor i have had a problem with most of the ones I have had any dealings with are doing this because they can not get a job in a campus so they can do this and not have to ever be face to face with the students that they are doing nothing for. Like so many others who have reviewed this school I would tell you RUN RUN RUN VERY FAST. Do not sign up for this school online at all never. Another thing i can tell you is i have requested from my student advisor to speak to someone about all these matters and I get no response at all. She completely avoids the question and changes the subject."

"Wilmington College is an excellent academic institution that I recommend without hesitation. The private, rural school offers the comforts of small town living in a tight knit community; but expansive opportunities and diverse experiences are available to all students. WC also offers above average arts, agricultural, and athletic training programs."

"My college was a small liberal arts college where the teachers really cared out their students. It was like family there. I am returning to school to further my education career and passion for children my obtaining a masters in education with teacher certification."

"I loved that my classes were smaller than larger colleges/universities. Made me feel like the professors were more one on one with their students. Really enjoyed my 4 years at Wilmington College!"

"Although it has it's downfalls, I loved the smallness of Wilmington. I received an individualized education which is hard to find elsewhere. I had experiences and made friends that will last for a lifetime."
