"Pros to my program is the fact that it is a weekend program which benefits full time employees like myself. The professors are always available when you need them. The program is affordable. Cons are the fact that there isn't a lot of scholarship money offered for graduate school programs at Winthrop. Only loans."

"The professors are phenomenal and easily accessible. The MSW Weekend Program offers working professionals an opportunity to earn their degree while continuing their careers. I love the "empowerment practice" focus of their program instead of being pigeon-holed into micro or macro social work like some other universities."

"This is a good program and experience, but it is also more expensive because there is no type of financial aid other than student loans. This program has introduced me to a new field and has given me opportunities to be hands on. The education that I am receiving is great, but it is almost impossible to hold a job to pay for expenses because of the heavy work load."
