Salary and Debt by Major at Institute of Technology

I had an amazing experience here. The teachers were helpful and they really care about their students. I never felt like I couldn’t turn to someone for help. When I sat for my NCLEX I felt prepared and confident. What you get out of your education is what you are willing to put in. This is how everything in life is. If I had to choose between going to IOT or anywhere else I would do it all over again at IOT. The compassion and support is unmatched.
I went through a personal loss/ tragedy while I was a student in this program and all of my instructors worked with me to help me succeed academically in spite of it being the hardest year of my life. I passed my NCLEX on my first attempt and then after several interviews, I landed a job a month after graduating at a hospice that was "experimenting" with hiring LPNs as they were a mostly RN based hospice. I worked my way up into an admin position at the hospice who hired me and have been here for several years.... Read More
