I really enjoyed my experience at La Sierra University, i attened the satellite campus in ontario and corona that focused specifically on criminal justice. The campuses weren't that big so most of the students knew and hung out with eachother making for a fun and communicative environment. The facility also encourage students to come to them with any issues they may have been facing of if they ever want to just talk and hang out. If i had to give advice to other students who are looking to go to a school that focuses on a specific major is to make sure that the major is something your really passionate about. There is nothing wrong with going to a communite college to try to find out what it is you trully want to study, i had friends who later decided to transfer out of the program because they realized that thiz was not the field they want to major in. When talking with them they told me they weren't sure when they first applied if they want to work in the criminal justice field but the counselors and recruiters were so convincing they decided to apply, and looking back they wish they went to a community college to find their passion before. College can be a great experience if you are open to people and opportunities and are willing to work hard.
