"By enrolling at Everglades University, I was able to fulfill a dream of learning about all Complementary and Alternative Medicine disciplines and how they contribute to disease prevention and treatment. "I transferred to Everglades University from another school due to my having to relocate. The staff here are just wonderful, and they truly helped me to become acclimated to not only the program but my classes as well. As a disabled veteran, I managed to get my degree with the help of this school. This is a major achievement for me. On my dark days, the staff and professors were supportive, and would shed light on my situation and let me know everything would be ok. In class, we would practice relaxation techniques, and that is something I would not be able to find at another school. I am so proud to be an alumni and a part of this school. "Everglades University has been absolutely amazing these last few years. I loved the Alternative Medicine Program and the professors that they have teach it. It is a very intimate class setting allowing for one on one interactions. This was a new experience for me as I transferred to EU because of the Alternative Medicine Program. The staff here are very supportive always reaching out checking in to see if they can help in any way. This type of support was especially great during the times of the pandemic. I would definitely recommend anyone to EU that is interested in any of the degree programs offered. Not every school offers programs taught by professors who own their own business or work in the industry that you desire to go into. Their hands on experience and knowledge is priceless and I am forever grateful for everything that I have been taught here."

"Anita in the book store is the best! All of the staff and faculty are very kind, understanding and they always try to help the best they can. The Sarasota campus is wonderful, the professors go above and beyond and are willing to bend to their students needs."

"The Alternative Medicine degree at Everglades University was amazing! My Bachelors degree has enabled me to advance my career and also has personally improved my health and wellness. The faculty members were amazing and the overall experience with the administration was excellent. Every faculty member was an expert in their area and also had real life experience they brought into the courses which made the classes very interesting! In addition the classmates I met along the way have become great friends and peers in my professional career. I would highly recommend this University and this degree to anyone interested in alternative medicine and health and wellness. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience!"

"The admissions staff and administration were NOT forthcoming and honest regarding expectations of employment following graduation. Please be aware that, if you are pursuing this degree, you WILL need further education (not available at Everglades) in order to secure a career in any part of this field. The best you could hope for with this degree alone is possibly an office assistant, or retail work in a vitamin store. Not what I wanted to waste my $45k on. Went laughably into debt on these student loans for a useless piece of paper, and got no placement assistance following graduation. Now have a career in a completely unrelated field, which I could have gotten into with a high school diploma alone. The instructors I had were knowledgeable, but again, they provided either 1) knowledge that I could have obtained from Wikipedia or 2) conspiracy theories posed as fact! It was completely insane how much of this degree program was unfounded quackery posed as science. Better yet, following graduation, we were asked to sign legal documentation promising that we would pursue legal action against the school to reimburse our tuition. That sounds like something an honest and legitimate university would do, right? Please seek another university. If you are looking to enter the alternative medicine field, get a specialty degree elsewhere so you can enter the workforce immediately. This will just be a waste of your time and money."

"Let me just say that Everglades saved my life! I was super stressed working and going to traditional college, trying to handle four or five different courses a semester. I learn so much better with the setup offered by Everglades, and I am so grateful I found it. The faculty is awesome and genuinely concerned for the students. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in with someone. So convenient, and I have learned some amazing, cutting edge stuff."

"The Tampa Campus at Everglades University is an amazing place to be; the administration staff and the instructors are amazing and the level of help and concern I've gotten since I enrolled in 2016 is beyond and above any other school I've been to. From help with Voc-rehab to encouragement to further my education experience, they have been there. Taking one class a month also has been a blessing for me as it allows me to concentrate on school and do other things as well. All around I love Everglades University Tampa and would recommend it to other potential students."

Mind Body medicine as well as holistic medicine are becoming very popular and much sought after. The classes here at Everglades are very interesting and challenging.
