"Teacher's College is an institution that welcomes individuality, intellect and diversity. As a community all the students are welcoming and willing to provide help. The neighborhood the school sits in is Morningside Heights area of Harlem and it is very safe and constantly patrolled by campus police. The on campus living varies from single rooms to family housing. Overall this is a very accommodating place for both traditional and nontraditional students."

"Well-known program in a great area. Lots of hands on clinical experience with great guidance. Many great clinical opportunities! Many lectures are just mediocre for a very steep price. Program is too demanding and expects you to devote all your time to it (no time for work even). Unreasonable demands and expenses."

"I love my program. I am a current doctoral student in the Nurse Executive Program, Leadership and Organization. This was the best decision of my life!"

"TC is a good school, just doesn't have much funding. If you want to go, make sure you have some savings and have a good part time job. Try to get something across the street at Columbia where the money is."

"Although facilities and technology could be improved, the diversity and quality of education is excellent. I believe that I am learning from the best, and my classmates all seem to strive for excellence which is very important to me."

"As in any school, Ivy league or not, you will find good and bad teachers, as well as students that want to learn and some that want the stamp. Overall, quality is assured just by being part of Columbia and most of the experience is built up by yourself."
