"The Keiser University PA program is relatively new within the last five years. The faculty and awesome director work very hard to ensure that students receive the same quality information that more established programs provide. The professors are knowledgeable. With that said, the newness of the program does not afford the benefit of wet cadaver labs and auditorium lecture halls. The staff is extremely supportive and ensure that we get everything we need in order to pass the PANCE exam."

"I was starting the Medical Assisting program. It required sitting in class from 8 to 1 every day then additional lab work etc after class. There was about 5 hours of studying and homework every night for 2 courses. They just couldn't assign enough work every day. Tests constantly so you had to prepare very night even if you had other life obligations like a job. It was ridiculous!!!! It is very expensive, I would recommend Daytona State College instead. Their program is 3500 tuition and Keiser is 16,000 plus books and uniforms you have to buy from them only. Teacher was rude singled me out because I had my arms crossed one day, she couldn't wait for breaks to run out and smoke!! She was under qualified for the job period, appeared to have no class or culture for a private school with a high tuition rate. Please choose another school, staff was unfriendly, snobby, just really strange at the school in Daytona. They are pushy in admissions and even after I withdrew from the school they still tried to call me to get me to return after I explained when I left I was no longer interested. It cost me 1500.00 to attend one week basically. Please don't allow your child to attend here."

"I am writing this review because I honestly do not wish any student to experience the same as I did, this school is a joke. All they care is about getting paid and nothing else. Everyday they would take a student out of the classroom to go meet with financial aid and each time they interrupted the class. Another issue is that since they are in love with your money, the quality of everything is poor. The last thing they did to me was that after my fafsa grant arrived 2 months prior they decided to keep the money because I decided to withdraw from their classes and not continue into the next semester. One months to learn a class is not enough, you end up forgetting everything by the time you are halfway through the following class. Please do not waste your time and money and find a more decent school, there are ways that you can make it without having to deal with this kind of people. Thanks and have a great day."

"Please look around at local community colleges or county tech schools. I am strapped with a huge student loan...it is not worth it."

"I have had debt collectors on me for over 3 months now for 700$. IM DEPLOYED. The school knows this and I am on a active duty deployment status. I am getting emails and letters from my mom crying saying they wont stop calling and guess what THEY CANT TALK TO HER even if she is my POC with the school and my rights have been signed over to her. So when I get back I will be looking at a ruiend credit score, a disgruntle mother, and one hell of a bill to pay off. Seriously this school is not worth the time...on a good note my teachers were awesome."

"Well i attended Keiser back in Oct of 2010 I thought it was great, small classes once a month. Student services sucked Financial aid ladies none of them knew what they were doing all they seemed too know what shade of pink they decorated there desks with completely incompetent people. The dean looks like shes 22 and also acts like a child you get no where with here. She's also incapable of giving direct answers the books where ridiculously expensive couldn't find on amazon and the classes well wow super super expensive but i got all 2's in the 4 months i was there. I had to stop going for a month because of a trip i was taking and never stated i was dropping my clinical classes where scheduled for may 2011 when i came back from my trip I found that i had been withdrawn from the program without any notice at all. So when i came back from my trip trying to resolve the issue they had moved the waiting time all the way back to may 2013 this happened in 2011. I was so upset i stop going to school and so after a year i went back to my community college Miami dade. I'm really interested in getting back to the occupational therapy program but its the only accredited OTA program remotely close to my home. A previous comment makes a lot of sense though they are graduating so many ota's that by the time i graduate I might have a hard time trying to find employment. So im not really sure what to do but i hope this helps someone."

"Don't waste your time coming here they screwed me over and plenty of other people I've talked to they do a verification process and they cannot tell you who it goes to so you can talk to them like it is some sort of secret they are hiding. Financial aid people act as if they were just hired off the street no one can ever seem to answer your questions about financial aid I wonder how they even got the job. If you save your financial aid money by not buying books it's a big deal if you want to take that money out I tried and I was kicked out and now I must take a loan out if in fact to finish and how ironic the loan has to be from them. They are very shady and I regret going there ever since. If I knew it was going to be like this I would had never went. So look at other schools just looking out for anyone who considers going here please don't they will just take your money and not help you with anything."
