"The Master's of Counseling program at the University of Phoenix in Arizona is an excellent value. As a long-time nonprofit executive looking to earn a graduate degree while working full-time-plus, University of Phoenix provides an ideal evening schedule. Additionally, the instructors are top-notch, all having achieved their own career success in the field of counseling. I particularly appreciate the in-class format, which provides the opportunity to engage with fellow students."

"With it being a satellite campus, it makes it easy to get to school each Wednesday. I love the fact that there is only one class a week even though it is 4 hours. It makes it easy to balance my personal, school and work schedules."

"It's a lot of work, but I have really enjoyed the professors so far. This is a con and pro. I work full time, so trying to find the balance between working, doing homework, and having a social life is a challenge."

"The University of Phoenix instructors are knowledgeable in the Counseling courses and are professionals in the field, therefore, they bring personal experience to the classroom. The counseling program at UOP is CACREP accredited. Each course prepares the student for the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE). Each student is assigned a team which includes a Financial Aid Advisor, Academic Advisor, and Faculty Advisor to help achieve graduation in each program. I earned my Bachelors Degree and am now pursuing my Masters. I am proud to say that my son is also pursuing his Bachelors Degree at the University of Phoenix."

"I feel the pros of the graduate program through University of Phoenix are the great amount of support received from the faculty and advisors. Real life examples help transfer the curriculum from the classroom to real life situations allowing the material to be better understood and clarified. The cons are that sometimes it is hard to get in touch with an advisor in a timely manner. Also the syllabus is sometimes not very specific as to how an assignment is expected to be completed."

"The quality of some of the students for the MBA program not up to par. The courses should be extended to 8 weeks to cover the appropriate material. The schedule makes it very easy for someone that works full time to go to school full time as well."

"At University of Phoenix, the pros of going through the Masters in Health Administration program are that it is on campus, the availability of teachers is great. The cons of this program is that lot of the classes don't cover enough material to prepare me for the real world. I feel there can definitely be a improvement."

"The MBA program is very combust and detailed. The teachers are expertise experience in each of the courses that are being taught so the students learn from real life examples. This is critical for MBA students in modern age to understand business concepts. Moreover, the classroom collaborations have a drastic positive impact on the student learning by sharing ideas in class. The diversity of students with their educational and work backgrounds adds a great flavor to the classroom, which makes the learning experience even better."

"The graduate MSC/MFCT program offers the tools one needs to enter successfully into the counseling field. The program however, requires the individual to direct the learning experience. This program is geared toward those willing to do work inside and outside of class. It requires self-direction and committment."
